Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible to participate on any St. Bernadette CYO sports team, a child must meet one of the following requirements:

1. ENROLLED AS A STUDENT IN GOOD STANDING AT ST. BERNADETTE SCHOOL 

2. A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE PARISH, ENROLLED AS A STUDENT IN GOOD STANDING IN THE PARISH CCD PROGRAM

3. A REGISTERED MEMBER OF  PATHIS PARISH, ENROLLED AS A STUDENT IN GOOD STANDING AT A PRIVATE CATHOLIC SCHOOL (EX: HOLY CHILD, NOTRE DAME, ETC.)
 
4. STUDENT IN GOOD STANDING, WHO IS A REGISTERED MEMBER AND ENROLLED IN A PARISH CCD PROGRAM AT ANOTHER LOCAL PARISH, THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CYO PROGRAM AND HAS BEEN DESIGNATED TO PLAY FOR ST. BERNADETTE PARISH.

PLEASE READ: Saint Bernadette of Lourdes CYO requires signature of a Photo Authorization form by the parents or guardians of our athletes. This form allows Saint Bernadette of Lourdes CYO to use photographs and video taken of the above listed minor during the games and events associated with Saint Bernadette of Lourdes CYO in any manner to help promote the league activities. Such use could include publications, media releases, public announcements, electronic or otherwise, and on league websites or social media pages.


Students must be enrolled in the Parish CCD program by the first class in September. The requirement to attend CCD classes will apply up to and including grade eight for all students.
 

Children who do not meet one of the requirements set forth above will not be eligible to play on any St. Bernadette CYO sports team during any season.
